Software Sales Executive

Salary: £30,000 - 40,000 per year

Requirements:

• We have previous experience selling recruitment software, recruitment CRMs, databases, talent management software or a similar technology product.
• We have a strong understanding of how recruitment agencies operate.
• We have proven experience developing new business and winning new customers.
• We are confident delivering software demonstrations and sales presentations.
• We have excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• We are self-motivated, organised and comfortable working to sales targets.
• We can manage the full sales cycle independently.
• We hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
• We are willing to travel to visit customers and develop new business.

Responsibilities:

• We identify and approach potential customers within the recruitment industry.
• We generate new business through telephone, email, LinkedIn and face-to-face activity.
• We demonstrate our recruitment software to prospective clients.
• We understand customer requirements and present suitable solutions.
• We develop relationships with recruitment agencies and decision-makers.
• We attend client meetings across the UK.
• We manage the full sales process from initial contact through to close.
• We prepare proposals and negotiate commercial terms.
• We maintain accurate sales pipeline and customer information.
• We work closely with our software development and management teams.
• We provide customer feedback to support future product development.
• We represent our business at industry events, meetings and exhibitions where required.

We are a growing recruitment technology business based in our Sevenoaks, Kent office, launching and developing an exciting new software platform for the recruitment sector. This is a key appointment offering the opportunity to play an important role in driving growth and shaping our product. The role offers a basic salary of up to £40,000 depending on experience, plus commission, with the commission structure to be discussed.
