Software Development Team Lead

Salary: £40,000 - 50,000 per year

Requirements:

• Proven experience leading software development teams
• Strong background in software engineering and Agile methodologies
• Experience delivering projects end-to-end in a commercial setting
• Interest in audio, DSP, or music technologies

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a high-performing software team within our R&D environment
• Drive the design and delivery of scalable software and firmware solutions
• Manage Agile sprint planning, workloads, and stakeholder communication
• Oversee the full project lifecycle from concept through to production
• Collaborate with OEM partners and cross-functional product teams
