Software Developer

Salary: £60,000 - 60,000 per year

Requirements:

• We are looking for an experienced developer with C# experience, ideally in an ecommerce environment.
• We expect knowledge of SOLID design principles, Agile delivery methods, MVC, and MVVM.
• A STEM degree from a top university would be likely, though we value the right personal qualities above all.
• You should be open-minded and flexible.
• You should be logical and quick to pick things up.
• You should be driven by high standards.
• You should be able to work within an agreed structure.
• You should be self-motivated and a problem solver.

Responsibilities:

• We develop all business systems and digital products in-house from our offices on the edge of the beautiful Lake District.
• We want you to help deliver high-standard systems, products, and work that support our annual sales of around £40m.
• We expect you to contribute as part of an on-site team, working alongside colleagues rather than remotely.
• We offer the opportunity for progression based on what you deliver.
• A hybrid arrangement may be possible in time, but our preference is for on-site collaboration.
