SharePoint Administrator

Salary: £68,000 - 93,000 per year

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online administration and development
• Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
• Understanding of permissions management, governance, and information architecture
• A proactive problem-solver who enjoys turning ideas into effective solutions
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot or other AI-powered tools is nice to have
• Experience creating simple AI agents or automation solutions is nice to have
• Relevant Microsoft certifications are nice to have

Responsibilities:

• Manage and enhance SharePoint Online sites, pages, document libraries, lists, and permissions
• Design and develop Power Apps that support and improve business processes
• Create Power Automate workflows to streamline tasks and increase efficiency
• Build engaging Power BI dashboards and reports that support better decision-making
• Work with stakeholders to understand challenges and deliver practical digital solutions
• Provide guidance, training, and support to users across the organisation
• Support governance, adoption, and best practices across the Microsoft 365 environment
• Explore emerging technologies, including Microsoft Copilot and AI-enabled solutions, where appropriate
