Requirements:- ServiceNow Tech Lead experience
- Strong hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow platform development
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and IRM
- Experience with CMDB and CSDM
- Experience with Flow Designer and Virtual Agent
- Experience with Now Assist and Agentic AI workflows
- Experience with Predictive Intelligence
- Good understanding of the ITIL framework
- Experience with Agile delivery
- Lead the technical delivery of our ServiceNow platform
- Own development across a complex enterprise environment
- Drive best practice across the platform
- Implement the latest AI capabilities on ServiceNow
- Lead enterprise-scale ServiceNow initiatives
- Influence the technical direction of the programme
