ServiceNow Architect

Salary: £30,000 - 60,000 per year

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect or senior technical lead
• Experience with multiple ServiceNow modules such as ITOM, HRSD, CMDB, or custom applications
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, including scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), integrations (REST/SOAP, MID Server), CMDB, and data modelling
• Experience delivering complex, enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Comfortable working remotely with occasional travel

Responsibilities:

• Act as the technical authority for ServiceNow implementations across multiple projects
• Design end-to-end ServiceNow architectures, with a strong focus on HRSD and CSM, as well as additional modules
• Translate business and functional requirements into technical designs and solution architectures
• Define integration approaches, data models, security, and performance considerations
• Provide hands-on technical guidance to development and delivery teams
• Ensure solutions align with ServiceNow best practices, platform standards, and future scalability
• Participate in client workshops, technical discussions, and design reviews
• Support pre-sales activities where required, including technical input, solution validation, and estimations
• Stay current with ServiceNow releases, capabilities, and architectural patterns

This is a full-time role based in the United Kingdom, with occasional client and internal travel.
