ServiceNow Architect

Salary: £75,000 - 100,000 per year

Requirements:

• Deep knowledge and experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions, particularly in ITSM, CSM, ITOM, FSM, and Domain Separation.
• Experience and knowledge of web technologies such as XML, HTML, and JavaScript.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM (CIS-ITSM).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) is advantageous.
• Experience in an enterprise environment with multiple integration points.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall design of large-scale ServiceNow applications, delivering high-value technical solutions.
• Manage upgrade cycles and implement new functionalities to enhance user experience.
• Continuously improve ServiceNow capabilities and propose integrations with other tools.
• Run architecture governance processes and shape the architectural strategy to align with business objectives.
• Deliver ITIL processes and ServiceNow solutions.
• Work closely with stakeholders, team members, and clients, offering expert input and guiding junior members.
• Participate in Design Authority meetings to review and approve technical solutions.
