Requirements:
  • 10+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years of ServiceNow Architecture experience
  • ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator)
  • ServiceNow CAD (Certified Application Developer)
  • ITIL Foundation certification
  • Experience with JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, and ITSM best practices
  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect
  • Expertise in ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules, Client Scripting, and Flow Designer
  • Deep knowledge of ServiceNow modules including ITOM, ITAM, BCM, S2P, IRM, and TPRM
  • Strong customer service skills and excellent verbal and written communication
  • Hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and integrations
  • ServiceNow certifications such as CAD, CSA, and CIS in ITSM, Discovery, Event Management, IRM, or TPRM
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodology and managing end-to-end project lifecycles
  • Knowledge of integrations with enterprise monitoring tools
  • Good understanding of CMDB, CSDM concepts, CI relationships, and data quality controls
  • Strong experience with Flow Designer, Workflows, and Service Catalog development
  • Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and data imports
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow upgrade planning, regression testing, and best-practice configurations
  • Ability to recognize the impact of technical decisions on outcomes
  • Ability to understand customer vision and how ServiceNow supports digital transformation
  • Ability to translate business objectives into a customer roadmap
  • Ability to create and manage technical governance processes
  • Ability to provide technical guidance to developers and produce technical documentation, design documents, and blueprints
  • Ability to ensure high-quality design, maintain security and compliance protocols, and perform performance tuning
  • Ability to define end-to-end ServiceNow architecture aligned with enterprise standards and roadmap across ITIL modules
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Good team management and time management skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced project environments
Responsibilities:
  • Design and define end-to-end ServiceNow architecture aligned with enterprise standards and roadmap
  • Provide technical guidance to developers and ensure adherence to best practices
  • Create technical documentation, design documents, and blueprints
  • Ensure high-quality design, security, compliance, and performance tuning for stability
  • Work across ITIL modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and CMDB
  • Develop and support ServiceNow scripting, workflows, Flow Designer solutions, and Service Catalog capabilities
  • Build and manage integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and data imports
  • Support integrations with enterprise monitoring tools
  • Apply knowledge of CMDB, CSDM, CI relationships, and data quality controls
  • Plan and support ServiceNow upgrades, regression testing, and best-practice configurations
  • Translate business objectives into outcomes and customer roadmaps
