• Experience with or strong interest in AI-assisted software development, including RAG, MCP, AI agents, prompt engineering, AI platforms, and workflow automation
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Organised, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
• Right to work in the United Kingdom

Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical delivery of bespoke WordPress websites and applications
• Develop custom WordPress themes, plugins and Gutenberg blocks
• Produce clean, maintainable and well-documented code
• Build responsive, accessible and high-performance websites
• Work collaboratively with designers, project managers and clients
• Mentor and support junior developers
• Lead technical discussions and code reviews
• Attend client meetings and translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows through automation and AI
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical best practice
• Keep up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends
• Help establish development standards
• Present technical solutions in a clear, non-technical manner
• Manage priorities across multiple projects
• Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
