Senior Systems Analyst

Salary: £26,000 - 60,000 per year

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with business systems, ERP, or technical support roles
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to gather and document requirements clearly
• Comfortable working in a pragmatic, fast-paced environment
• SQL or reporting experience is a bonus
• Exposure to ecommerce, warehouse, or distribution systems

Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of analysis for new system initiatives, gathering requirements and mapping processes
• Work with business stakeholders to understand needs and shape solutions before development or configuration begins
• Introduce lightweight analysis discipline into projects while maintaining fast-moving delivery
• Support and optimize ERP and other business systems, including B2B ecommerce and warehouse platforms
• Create clear documentation, workflows, and reporting to improve system adoption and efficiency
