Senior SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment Consultant

Salary: £43,500 - 74,500 per year

Requirements:

• Proven experience delivering SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment implementations
• Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors, with exposure to multiple modules preferred
• Experience working on global HR transformation programmes
• Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills
• Knowledge of the wider SuccessFactors ecosystem, including employee experience technologies
• Experience supporting business development or pre-sales activities
• A collaborative leader who enjoys coaching and developing others
• UK nationality and eligibility for UK SC security clearance
• Willingness to work onsite in Preston three days per week (Tuesday to Thursday)

Responsibilities:

• Lead SuccessFactors Recruitment implementations on large, global programmes
• Drive business process design and transformation workshops
• Advise clients on SAP best practice and the latest SuccessFactors innovations
• Manage and mentor functional teams across onshore and offshore delivery models
• Support pre-sales activities, including solution design, RFP responses, and client demonstrations
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and project teams
• Ensure high-quality project delivery throughout the implementation lifecycle

We are a high-performing SAP practice delivering complex, global implementations for major enterprise clients. This is a senior hybrid role based in Preston, with onsite work required three days per week from Tuesday to Thursday.
