Senior Salesforce Consultant

Salary: £80,000 - 80,000 per year

Requirements:

• We have strong Salesforce consulting experience gained within a consultancy or professional services environment.
• We have proven delivery across multiple Salesforce Clouds, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ or Industries Cloud.
• We have hands-on experience configuring Salesforce, particularly with Flows and declarative automation.
• We have experience facilitating workshops and translating business requirements into practical solutions.
• We have familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• We have experience with DevOps and deployment tools such as Gearset or Copado.
• We have strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• We have experience supporting user adoption, training and business change activities.
• Salesforce certifications are highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

• We lead and support client-facing Salesforce projects from discovery through to delivery.
• We facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders.
• We produce user stories, process maps and functional specifications.
• We configure scalable Salesforce solutions using declarative tools and automation capabilities.
• We collaborate with Solution Architects and development teams to deliver best-practice solutions.
• We manage deployments using DevOps and release management tools.
• We support client adoption through training, onboarding and change activities.
• We mentor junior consultants and contribute to capability development within the practice.
• We help drive innovation through AI initiatives, accelerators and reusable assets.
