Senior Product Manager

Salary: £29,000 - 57,000 per year

Requirements:

• Significant experience leading complex product domains or value streams
• Strong track record of delivering business impact through product-led approaches
• Ability to operate confidently at a senior level, shaping strategy while staying close to execution
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence at executive level
• Ability to align diverse stakeholders and clearly articulate priorities, trade-offs, and direction
• Deep product expertise and strong commercial awareness
• Comfort using data and insight to drive decisions in complex environments
• Strong people leadership skills, with experience developing high-performing teams
• Passion for building impactful products and partnering closely with engineering

Responsibilities:

• Lead a critical product value stream, owning its vision, strategy, and performance
• Define a clear long-term product strategy and translate it into actionable roadmaps and investment priorities
• Balance short-term delivery with long-term platform evolution
• Ensure products are scalable, commercially impactful, and aligned to business goals
• Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives with engineering leadership and senior stakeholders
• Shape solutions, drive decisions, and deliver outcomes at pace
• Ensure work is prioritised effectively, progress is transparent, and value is continuously delivered
• Build capability by mentoring Product Managers and Product Owners
• Embed product-led ways of working
• Drive a culture focused on outcomes, accountability, and continuous improvement
