Senior Lead Software Engineer - React Native

Salary: £62,000 - 102,000 per year

Requirements:

• Proficiency in the React framework
• Experience building applications using React Native / Expo in TypeScript or JavaScript
• Strong knowledge of React Native architecture
• Understanding of REST APIs and GraphQL
• Ability to write testable, clean JavaScript code
• Comfort working with projects partially or fully using TypeScript
• Experience using latest React features such as Suspense and Hooks
• Experience with end-to-end testing using WebdriverIO / Playwright
• Extensive experience in modern mobile development
• Hands-on experience with design systems, component libraries, and implementing consistent UI/UX across large-scale applications
• Formal training or certification on JavaScript concepts and proficient advanced experience
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, and ES6+ syntax
• Experience in modern web development, including responsive design and performance optimization
• Native application development across Android / iOS in Kotlin / Swift
• Ability to work in a dynamic, agile environment within a geographically distributed team
• Ability to focus on promptly addressing customer needs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in mobile development
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes and workflows
• Deliver end-to-end cutting-edge solutions in the form of cloud-native microservices architecture applications leveraging the latest technologies and best industry practices
• Be involved in the design and architecture of solutions while focusing on the entire SDLC lifecycle stages
