Senior IT Technician

Salary: £38,000 - 45,000 per year

Requirements:

• We are looking for an experienced IT professional with at least 2 years experience in a leadership or senior capacity.
• We need someone with experience providing 2nd and 3rd line technical support in an IT infrastructure role.
• You should have service ownership experience across Microsoft 365, networking basics, hardware, security, and support tools.

Responsibilities:

• We need you to own and improve our Group IT environment across multiple UK sites.
• You will ensure high availability, robust cybersecurity, and a seamless technology experience for approximately 120 users.
• You will provide hands-on technical delivery alongside strategic planning.
• You will manage vendors and take accountability for service performance.
• You will be responsible for both on-premises and cloud environments.
• You will act as the primary contact for all infrastructure matters.
