Senior Information Security Analyst

Salary: £65,000 - 72,600 per year

Requirements:

• Experience configuring MS Sentinel and MS Defender as well as Azure firewalls
• A background in security project work
• Experience designing and validating security solutions for projects
• Strong communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Support our Information Security Manager in ensuring security is effectively embedded into IT projects, change initiatives and operational processes
• Provide secure design, configuration and assurance of Microsoft cloud services, including Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 and associated security, identity, compliance and monitoring tooling
• Use hands-on Microsoft cloud security expertise to assess project designs, define security requirements, and validate delivered solutions
• Configure MS Sentinel and MS Defender as well as Azure firewalls
• Provide security and risk assessment consultancy on projects, change initiatives, and other formal workgroups and committees
• Assess security risk and direct the design and implementation of appropriate security controls to effectively manage the risks
