Senior Developer - IAM

Salary: £143,000 - 143,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and TypeScript.
• Expertise in PostgreSQL database design, performance tuning, and optimization.
• Experience with GCP services such as Cloud Run, GKE, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, and IAM.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD practices.
• Experience designing and implementing REST APIs and microservices.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience with NestJS, Express.js, Prisma, TypeORM, or Sequelize.
• Exposure to Terraform or Infrastructure as Code.
• Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable backend services using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Build RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
• Develop and optimize PostgreSQL databases and queries.
• Deploy and manage applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA, and DevOps teams.
• Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Drive performance, security, reliability, and operational excellence.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
