Job Description

Salary: £41,000 - 81,000 per year

Requirements:
  • We welcome applications from experienced technical candidates with demonstrated experience in implementing cyber defense tools and protecting networks against security threats.
  • We have strong ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including mentoring other technical resources.
  • We have a technical educational background and experience working in a similar post-sales role.
  • We have advanced knowledge of computer networking protocols, LAN and WAN, cybersecurity principles, and the OSI reference model.
  • We have a broad understanding of network and cloud architecture design, configurations, principles, and best practices.
  • We have proficiency in OT network principles and practices based on the Purdue model.
  • We have advanced-level knowledge and/or certifications with industry-standard vendors such as AWS, Microsoft, Cisco, and Palo Alto Networks.
  • Fluency in an additional European language is desirable but not essential.
Responsibilities:
  • We ensure Darktrace is deployed, integrated, and optimized to the highest standards, providing clients with AI-powered cybersecurity protection.
  • We discuss, propose, and implement robust solution architectures for complex deployments across all coverage areas.
  • We assist customers with deploying Darktrace technology within network, cloud, OT, and email environments.
  • We lead and become trusted advisors to key customers in their security infrastructure design and planning.
  • We complete deployment projects on or before expected service level objectives and integrate new systems into existing network architecture.
  • We manage customer support tickets to assist with technical issues.
  • We proactively engage with customers to help maintain a healthy deployment.
  • We maintain and enhance communication between go-to-market teams, including sales, customer success, and operations.
  • We provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
