Senior Business Solutions Analyst - AI & Innovations

Salary: £53,000 - 85,000 per year

Requirements:

• A number of years experience implementing and supporting a variety of law firm-centric innovative AI systems and legal technology solutions
• Demonstrated ability to solve business problems
• Experience working within a technology change management environment
• Experience in the development and/or management of system integrations and knowledge of APIs would be advantageous
• Higher or degree-level education would be an advantage
• Relevant technology or project management qualifications, or willingness to study towards one
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
• Proactive, motivated and enthusiastic with a positive, customer-focused approach
• Strong organisational skills, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond
• Ability to prioritise workloads, manage competing demands, and perform well in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Support our Innovation and AI strategy by evaluating, implementing, and optimising legal technology and AI solutions
• Manage the full lifecycle of assigned systems, ensuring they are secure, effective, and aligned to business needs
• Gather requirements, deliver technology solutions, and drive process improvements, efficiency gains, and cost savings
• Provide technical support, resolve incidents, and implement long-term solutions to recurring issues
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers, deliver excellent customer service, and act as a technology ambassador
• Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge resources, and support materials
• Mentor colleagues, share best practice, and support the wider Technology team
• Ensure compliance with technology governance, cyber security, privacy, and risk management requirements
• Escalate risks and issues appropriately, providing recommendations and practical solutions

We are seeking a Senior Business Solutions Analyst focused on Innovation and AI initiatives to help develop innovative legal tech and AI systems that deliver business value, improve efficiencies, enhance the client experience, and support strategic growth. The role is based in our Southampton office, with a hybrid working pattern of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. We offer a 35-hour working week, 25 days holiday with the option to buy or sell up to 5 additional days per financial year, private medical insurance, pension scheme, permanent health insurance, life assurance at 4x annual salary, and training and development support.
