Salary: £99,060 - 103,220 per year

Requirements:
  • We need a Business Analyst with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Investment Banking.
  • We need proven business analysis and project delivery experience within a regulatory framework, including legal interpretation, business impact analysis, solution design, and handover to BAU.
  • We need experience implementing MiFID II Product Governance or FCA Consumer Duty.
  • We need experience working with the business, including Business Managers, Front Office Trading & Sales, Legal, and Compliance.
  • We need strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to provide updates to project and programme managers and stakeholders.
  • We need full proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel for data analysis, PowerPoint, and Visio for process flows.
  • We need strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • We need some project management experience.
  • We would prefer knowledge of MiFID II Investor Protection, including Cost & Charges and Inducements.
  • We would prefer knowledge of PRIIPs regulations.
  • We would prefer a Business Analysis qualification or equivalent.
  • We would prefer previous experience navigating the Citi landscape, including systems architecture and processes.
Responsibilities:
  • We will rely on the Business Analyst to deliver changes to policies, procedures, systems, controls, reporting, and governance across the product lifecycle.
  • We will need the Business Analyst to understand regulatory requirements and gather business requirements, including input from legal and compliance.
  • We will need the Business Analyst to perform gap analysis between the current state and required enhancements.
  • We will need the Business Analyst to propose solution options and drive them through to conclusion.
  • We will need the Business Analyst to document new or updated governance and reporting.
  • We will need the Business Analyst to enhance BAU processes and controls.
  • We will need the Business Analyst to document new policies and procedures or changes to existing ones where applicable.
  • We will need the Business Analyst to perform data analysis as required.
  • We will need the Business Analyst to support the project manager in meeting PMO standards.
  • We will need the Business Analyst to support the project manager with tracking delivery of plan items.
  • We will need the Business Analyst to help prepare materials for working groups.
  • We may ask the Business Analyst to support UAT facilitation where applicable.
