Senior Business Analyst

Salary: £45,000 - 56,000 per year

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business analysis within complex organisations, ideally Higher Education.
• Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with process improvement, organisational change, and benefits realisation.
• Familiarity with delivery approaches such as Waterfall and Agile.
• Degree and/or professional qualification in Business Analysis or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities:

• Build strong, strategic relationships across departments and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Lead workshops and visioning sessions to support strategic thinking and IT alignment.
• Analyse and document As-Is processes and design To-Be processes to enable effective change.
• Apply best-practice business analysis techniques, including requirements elicitation, stakeholder mapping, and options appraisal.
• Support organisational readiness for change and ensure benefits realisation.
• Promote innovation by identifying new opportunities, methods, and technologies.
• Maintain high standards of communication and collaboration across all levels of the organisation.
