Senior Automation Engineer

Salary: £50,000 - 90,000 per year

Requirements:

• Proven experience in system design and development
• Knowledge of Robotics, PLCs, and SCADA systems
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes
• Experience in project management from bid to commissioning
• Ability to develop workflows and tooling for process automation
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities:

• Create and optimize automated systems for manufacturing and testing
• Lead projects to improve safety, cycle time, and cost through automation
• Develop workflows and tooling for process automation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
• Monitor and evaluate system performance for continuous improvement
