Senior AI Engineer - Product

Requirements:

• Strong experience in AI product management, AI strategy, and engineering
• Hands-on experience building and scaling AI or machine learning products in production environments
• Experience understanding LLMs, RAG architecture, and agentic workflows
• Excellent experience with Python
• Excellent experience working with AI platforms such as Claude and OpenAI, as well as AI orchestration frameworks
• Experience within financial services
• Ability to work as a team player in a collaborative environment

Responsibilities:

• Partner with business stakeholders to design and deliver impactful dashboards, analytical products, and metric frameworks
• Own and lead the end-to-end development of enterprise AI products from concept through to market launch and scale
• Define product strategy, roadmap, success metrics, and go-to-market plans
• Partner with AI engineers and data scientists to build production-grade AI capabilities
• Engage directly with senior client stakeholders, from analysts to C-suite executives, translating business challenges into AI-driven solutions
