- Establish SRE engineering best practice from the outset, including analysis, solution design, build, test, and automation tooling
- Explore the benefits of Gen AI capabilities such as legacy code descriptors and code converters to support delivery
- Lead a team of analysts to deliver the new solution
- Work with the wider engineering capability to deliver project goals
- Help establish a reskilled and sustainable capability to support CESA thereafter

We are offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Scrum Master to support the CESA Futures work in Tax Admin. The role is based in Telford with two days onsite per week, runs for six months, and is part of a wider Modernisation Programme. We are building a modern technical solution and establishing SRE engineering best practice from the outset, with the project anticipated to run for three years and involve leading a team of analysts to deliver the new solution.
