SC Cleared DevOps Engineer

Requirements:

• We require SC Clearance.
• We need strong experience with on-prem Kubernetes and OpenShift deployments.
• We need hands-on experience with DevOps tooling upgrades, issue resolution, and roadmap-driven improvements.
• We require Linux systems administration experience in high-availability production environments.
• We need experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, integrated with CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins.
• We need an automation-first mindset across build, deployment, CI/CD, and release processes.
• We need familiarity with observability functions, including logging, metrics, tracing, dashboards, and alerting using ELK, Splunk, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• We need experience leading incident management, including major incident response, prioritisation, real-time coordination, stakeholder communication, and post-incident reviews.
• We need a thorough understanding of Agile and modern DevOps practices.
• We need cloud platform experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.

Responsibilities:

• We support, maintain, and develop changes.
• We collaborate with solution designers on product roadmaps and end-to-end domain architecture.
• We work with the wider team to maintain the toolchain.
• We coordinate colleagues and organise priorities to deliver collaboratively with other teams.
• We own major incident response and support post-incident reviews and reliability improvements.
