SC Cleared 2nd Line Support Engineer

Salary: £52,000 - 57,200 per year

Requirements:

• We require active SC Clearance.
• We require proven experience in a 2nd line support role.
• We require strong Microsoft 365 support experience.
• We require hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune.
• We require experience troubleshooting VPN connectivity issues.
• We require strong Windows 10/11 support skills.
• We require excellent customer service and communication skills.
• We require the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities:

• We provide 2nd line support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• We troubleshoot and resolve incidents across Windows 10/11 environments.
• We support and administer Microsoft 365 applications and services.
• We manage and maintain devices using Microsoft Intune.
• We investigate and resolve VPN and remote access issues.
• We support end-user device deployments, laptop builds, and hardware refresh activities.
• We escalate complex issues where required and work collaboratively with wider IT teams.
• We deliver a high level of customer service while supporting users at all levels of the business.

We are recruiting for an experienced 2nd Line Support Engineer to join our client on site in Wolverhampton. This is an initial 1-month contract with a possible extension, starting on 3rd August, at a rate of £220 per day inside IR35. We are looking for a customer-focused IT professional with strong Microsoft technologies experience to support users in a busy enterprise environment.
