SAP Test Lead

Salary: £34,000 - 56,000 per year

Requirements:

• We require previous experience with SAP Cloud ALM (CALM) and Tricentis.
• We are looking for experience leading SAP test management on an SAP S/4HANA program.
• We need strong English communication skills.
• We are looking for someone available from September for a 12-month engagement.
• We require the ability to work remotely with some European travel.

Responsibilities:

• We define and implement the overall testing strategy and approach for our SAP S/4HANA program.
• We lead planning and execution of all test phases, including unit, integration, system, UAT, and regression testing.
• We coordinate test preparation, data setup, and environment readiness.
• We manage test teams, including internal resources and external partners.
• We develop and maintain test plans, scripts, and traceability matrices.
• We track and report test progress, defects, and resolution status.
• We ensure alignment with business process owners and functional leads.
• We manage end-to-end test management and defect management within SAP Cloud ALM, including test plan creation, test case assignment, execution tracking, and defect lifecycle management.
• We oversee the integration between SAP Cloud ALM and Tricentis TTA, ensuring automated test results are captured, linked, and traceable within SAP CALM.
• We utilise SAP Cloud ALMs defect management capabilities to log, prioritise, assign, and track defects through to resolution, maintaining full audit trails.
• We ensure test coverage and traceability from business requirements through to automated and manual test execution within SAP Cloud ALM.
• We lead knowledge transfer of CALM and Tricentis to our team.

We are supporting our global end client in the search for a SAP Test Lead to join a global Bluefield S/4HANA project. This is a remote role with some European travel, starting in September for a 12-month duration. The role is English speaking and offers the opportunity to lead testing delivery, manage defect processes, and support knowledge transfer across our team.
