Salesforce Systems Manager

Salary: £50,000 - 50,000 per year

Requirements:

• Salesforce knowledge
• Ability to commute to Lutterworth 2x per week
• Based in or around Lutterworth
• Ability to train staff members on the benefits of Salesforce systems
• Salesforce qualification or equivalent

Responsibilities:

• Take full strategic ownership of a business-critical CRM and Partner platform
• Design, test, and deploy scalable automated workflows using complex Salesforce Flows
• Configure custom architecture, unique data models, and sandboxes for release cycles
• Manage user profiles, role hierarchies, and advanced platform security compliance
• Build advanced operational reporting dashboards to track international pipeline health
• Train staff members on the effective use and benefits of Salesforce systems
• Help troubleshoot different issues and identify areas where the system could add value to different departments
