Salesforce Solution Architect

Salary: £55,000 - 95,000 per year

Requirements:

• We require 15+ years of experience in consulting and architecture roles, with demonstrated leadership in driving digital transformations within the Public Sector.
• We require deep understanding of public sector domains, including central/local government, healthcare, education, and defence.
• We require familiarity with public sector regulations, compliance requirements such as GDPR and FOIA, and procurement processes.
• We require knowledge of common public sector challenges, including legacy systems, citizen engagement, case management, grants, and licensing.
• We require proficiency in Salesforce architecture areas, particularly Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Public Sector Cloud.
• We require Public Sector Solutions Accredited Professional and Service Cloud Consultant certifications.
• We require strong understanding of Data Cloud, MuleSoft, OmniStudio, and Agentforce for automation and integration.
• We require experience with integration technologies, master data management, and familiarity with other cloud platforms such as AWS.
• We require the ability to analyse, design, and optimise business processes through technology and integration.
• We require demonstrated experience guiding customers and project teams in adopting emerging technologies for business use cases.
• We require extensive experience with end-to-end Salesforce platform implementations, with direct Salesforce development experience as a plus.
• We require proven ability to define system designs, identify current-state gaps, and propose end-state solutions.
• We require strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills, along with the ability to rapidly learn new technologies.
• We prefer knowledge of Salesforce AppExchange products and implementation experience.
• We require the ability to design secure solutions, particularly within high-profile public sector environments, and handle security requirements effectively.
• We require competence in leading design sessions and presenting design options to clients.
• We require extensive experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• We require current or previous SC clearance, or the ability and willingness to be cleared.

Responsibilities:

• We act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders within our Public Sector clients.
• We ensure scalable, best-practice solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.
• We evaluate and translate business and technical requirements into well-architected solutions that effectively leverage Salesforce products.
• We identify and mitigate solution and business design risks.
• We build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and team members.
• We lead overall architecture alignment and coordinate efforts across multiple architects.
• We collaborate with project and engagement managers to support planning and execution in partnership with the client.
• We oversee project vision, direction, and the review of key deliverables.
• We drive early solution evaluations, manage issues proactively, and engage with executive teams, engineering, and product management.
• We direct and mentor diverse teams in technical and non-technical aspects, including communication strategies and executive influence.
• We contribute to internal growth through initiatives, knowledge-sharing, and the development of strategic assets.
• We support the Pre-Sales team in developing proposals, including target and transition architectures, security and compliance considerations, integration strategies, data migration plans, and implementation roadmaps.
