Salesforce Health Cloud Support Analyst

Salary: £45,000 - 45,000 per year

Requirements:

• Commercial experience supporting Salesforce.
• Experience with Salesforce Administration.
• Exposure to Salesforce Health Cloud is highly desirable.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience using Jira or another ITSM/ticketing platform.
• Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple requests.
• Salesforce Administrator certification would be advantageous.
• Experience working within healthcare or regulated environments is desirable.
• Business analysis or requirements gathering experience is desirable.
• Experience with Salesforce reports, dashboards and automation is desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1st and 2nd line support for Salesforce Health Cloud users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues.
• Manage user accounts, permissions and access.
• Support Salesforce configuration and administration.
• Gather business requirements and recommend improvements.
• Create reports and dashboards.
• Support platform enhancements and system changes.
• Work with technical teams to resolve more complex issues.
• Log and manage work through Jira.
• Produce user documentation and deliver end-user training where required.

We are looking for a Salesforce Health Cloud Support Analyst to join our growing team and support a business-critical Salesforce environment. This is a permanent role offering a salary of £45,000-£50,000. The position is currently fully remote, with an expected move to a hybrid arrangement of 2-3 days per week onsite. You will work closely with users across the business, supporting and developing the Salesforce platform, with opportunities to contribute to platform improvements and transformation projects.
