Remote Lead Consultant / Project Manager – Quality Cloud

Salary: £43,000 - 83,000 per year

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in IT project management, consulting, or product management, with a proven track record of leading system implementation projects
• Experience leading large-scale enterprise projects
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Experience assembling, planning, resourcing, budgeting, and leading project teams
• Experience designing and executing effective project governance models for large enterprises
• Strong technical affinity and/or hands-on experience with software implementation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to engage with senior- and executive-level stakeholders
• Good understanding of SaaS and GxP principles
• Ability to travel 25–50% and easy access to an airport
• Must be legally authorized to work in the EU; we do not anticipate providing employment visa sponsorship for this position
• Nice to have: Direct experience with eContent management systems such as Veeva Vault, TrackWise, OpenText, SharePoint, Documentum, MasterControl, EtQ, FirstDoc/FirstPoint, or NextDocs
• Nice to have: Experience in Life Sciences Quality, Clinical, Regulatory, and/or Drug Safety
• Nice to have: PMP, Prince2, or Agile Scrum Master certification
• Nice to have: Experience with Agile methodology and/or ACP certification

Responsibilities:

• Lead a key enterprise customer in the IT operations and implementation of our Veeva Quality Cloud suite
• Manage a multi-year, multi-phased global implementation program, overseeing resource planning, team leadership, project tracking, and forecasting
• Serve as the primary customer liaison, managing communication and relationships among the project team, customer, and internal stakeholders
• Oversee customer release management programs and IT operations for our Veeva Quality Cloud suite
• Analyze customer requirements and new product features to develop customer adoption and enhancement roadmaps
• Mentor project teams and junior consultants within our Quality Services organization
• Guide customers in adopting Quality Cloud and industry best practices through post-implementation programs focused on continuous improvement
