Remote Full Stack Software Engineer

Salary: £82,000 - 82,000 per year

Requirements:

• Experience with TypeScript and Vue.js
• Experience with databases and cloud technologies, including Postgres, DynamoDB, Redis, AWS, Lambda, ECS, Kubernetes, and Amazon CDK
• Experience using GitHub and GitHub Actions
• Strong software engineering background with the ability to develop high-quality software solutions
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Commitment to code quality, organisation, automation, and continuous improvement
• Interest in staying current with new technology trends, applications, and protocols in software engineering

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions aligned with user needs and business goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of our applications
• Identify and fix bottlenecks and software bugs
• Maintain code quality, organisation, and automation
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team learning and improvement
• Stay up to date with new technology trends, applications, and protocols in software engineering
• Improve our digital learning platform to enhance accessibility and the user experience
• Work closely with our product and customer support teams to address technical issues and suggest service improvements
