More:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Release Engineer to oversee the end-to-end release lifecycle of our native mobile applications on iOS and Android and supporting backend services. This role bridges Product and Engineering, driving high-quality, reliable, and clearly communicated releases. We want someone technically proficient, highly organised, and an exceptional communicator who can confidently coordinate complex release activities across engineering, product, and operations teams. The role supports production release activities that may occur outside normal business hours, so we need flexibility for occasional early starts, later finishes, and agreed release windows to support scheduled deployments, critical incidents, and production issue resolution. Success in this role is measured by predictable, on-time releases with minimal disruption, reduced release-related incidents and rollbacks, improved release efficiency and automation, and high stakeholder satisfaction with communication and delivery.
