Product Owner

Salary: £36,000 - 60,000 per year

Requirements:

• Product ownership experience with enterprise data or analytics platforms
• Experience working within banking, financial services, or other regulated environments
• Experience in product strategy, roadmap planning, and lifecycle management
• Experience with data products, dashboards, reporting, and self-service analytics
• Experience with engineering productivity, developer experience, or insight platforms
• Experience with SDLC tooling such as GitHub, Jira, Harness, SonarQube, or similar
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform and data warehouse technologies
• Experience with AI/Copilot or engineering intelligence products
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Experience with data governance, quality, and quantitative/qualitative analysis
• Experience with SaaS vendor management and influencing senior stakeholders

Responsibilities:

• Define our product strategy for Engineering Productivity Measurement & Insight products
• Own and maintain our product roadmap across a complex enterprise technology environment
• Deliver data-driven insights that support our engineering and technology leadership
• Work with stakeholders to shape product priorities and outcomes
• Manage the product lifecycle from strategy through delivery
• Support the development of dashboards, reporting, and self-service analytics
