Product Manager

Salary: £75,000 - 75,000 per year

Requirements:

• High-STEM background in Engineering, Systems Architecture, or Technical Project Management
• Experience in Product Management, particularly within hardware and software environments
• Proven track record in delivering complex projects efficiently
• Technical fluency in event-driven systems and software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Excellent strategic communication skills to convey technical details to stakeholders
• Familiarity with programming languages such as C++, Java, or .NET

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary interface between engineering teams and operational stakeholders
• Define and drive the roadmap for the core validation platform
• Own the Concept-to-Completion cycle of product development
• Translate complex client requirements into functional software features
• Collaborate with international engineering hubs to ensure global product alignment
• Unpick complex technical challenges to ensure effective market delivery
