Product Implementation Specialist
Job Description
Salary: £42,000 - 72,500 per year
Requirements:- Extensive experience in software implementation, technical product delivery, or customer-facing technology operations.
- Proven track record configuring software platforms, translating user workflows into system setups, and supporting UAT/functional testing.
- Strong communication skills with experience delivering client demonstrations, user training, and managing cross-functional technical teams.
- Familiarity with healthcare or diagnostic workflows such as Order Comms, Radiology, Pathology, HL7/FHIR, or support platforms like Intercom, ClickUp, or HubSpot is desirable.
- Serve as the central product expert within our delivery team and act as the key link between Projects, Product, Engineering, and healthcare customers.
- Take end-to-end ownership of client onboarding, technical software configuration, and workflow alignment.
- Translate clinical and operational workflows into system configurations and work with Project Managers on go-live preparation, readiness reviews, and early-life support.
- Lead discovery and workflow workshops, conduct product demonstrations, and deliver tailored training to customer teams.
- Create detailed test scripts, execute functional QA across standard and edge-case workflows, and triage software defects with engineering.
- Act as a two-way communication channel between delivery and engineering, feeding client requirements back into product roadmaps.
- Assist with the customer support backlog, refine support workflows, and build repeatable implementation templates and standards.

This is a remote-first role with occasional visits to UK NHS client sites and our Dublin office. The salary is £50,000 to £65,000 depending on experience.
