Product Business Analyst

Salary: £60,000 - 60,000 per year

Responsibilities:

• We analyse consumer needs, market trends, and potential partnerships from an ROI and build-vs-buy perspective.
• We write product requirements and create supporting documents to ensure successful delivery.
• We translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development.
• We maintain content and help create new content for both new and existing features.
• We deliver occasional presentations and product overviews to internal staff and customers.
• We ensure our team processes are followed and improved to best achieve company goals.
• We keep our Product Strategy at the forefront when prioritising work.
• We support the Product Director with prioritising requirement documentation for development work.
• We triage business and customer feature requests.
• We attend events and shows to gain market knowledge and build relationships.
• We comply with our Health & Safety, Data Protection, Information Security, PCI, and DSP policies and procedures.
• We collaborate with Product Managers, development teams, internal stakeholders, and customers to deliver high-quality changes on time and within budget.
• We consider product longevity after launch to ensure continued value over time.
