Power Platform Specialist

Salary: £30,000 - 60,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse
• Proven track record in environment strategy and governance implementation
• Hands-on experience with platform administration and operations management
• Solid understanding of security, compliance, and risk management within Power Platform
• Experience with ALM practices, including CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies
• Ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Knowledge of Azure services and the broader Microsoft ecosystem is desirable

Responsibilities:

• Define and implement our Power Platform environment strategy, including design and architecture across environments
• Execute and maintain our governance frameworks, ensuring best practices, compliance, and scalability
• Oversee our platform operations and administration, including monitoring performance, capacity, and usage
• Manage our security, access controls, and data policies across the Power Platform ecosystem
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring platform stability and adherence to organisational standards
• Provide guidance and support to our development teams on Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI best practices
• Ensure proper lifecycle management, including ALM processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align platform capabilities with business needs

We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Specialist to support our client on a 3-month contract. The role is based in Warrington, with 3 days on-site and 2 days remote each week. This is an inside IR35 contract with a rate of up to £600 per day, and no clearance is required. We will need someone who can help shape and manage our Power Platform environment with a strong focus on governance, operational excellence, and risk management.
