Power BI Developer

Salary: £35,000 - 75,000 per year

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Power BI Developer or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and Power Query.
• Experience with SQL and data modelling.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Computer literacy in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and internet browsers.
• MS Teams experience would be useful.
• Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate.
• Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate.
• Experience with other BI tools such as Tableau or QlikView.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Demonstrated ability to analyse and resolve problems.
• Ability to document and plan.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related data science field, or equivalent industry experience.

We are responsible for the design, specification, and control of gas turbine projects in the UK and worldwide. This is a 12-month outside IR35 full-time contract for a Power BI Developer to support OEM customer business system improvement through the creation and development of Power BI dashboards.
