Polish IT Helpdesk Call Analyst

Requirements:

• We require fluency in Polish, both spoken and written.
• We would like experience in a fast-paced Help Desk, Support Centre, or Retail environment.
• We are looking for strong customer service skills and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• We need excellent communication skills, especially over the phone with people of varying IT knowledge.
• We value the ability to work well under pressure and take ownership of issues through to resolution.
• We are looking for someone who is tech-savvy and well-versed in hardware, software, databases, and remote access.
• We expect a solid understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and technology products.
• We need the ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.

Responsibilities:

• We will have you as the first point of contact for our Help Desk users.
• You will answer incoming calls and emails, providing technical support and assistance.
• You will troubleshoot issues using diagnostic tests and remote access.
• You will aim to achieve first-time resolution wherever possible.
• You will respond quickly to customer queries via email or phone.
• You will determine the best solution based on the details provided by the customer.
• You will diagnose system errors and other technical challenges.
• You will keep detailed logs of events and problem resolutions.
• You will follow up proactively to ensure customer satisfaction.
• You will request feedback and monitor calls to help improve our training methods.
• You will perform software installations or updates to resolve issues.
