PLM Solution Lead

Salary: £36,000 - 60,000 per year

Requirements:

• Proven Centric PLM implementation expertise
• Experience in fashion, retail, or apparel industries
• Experience on PLM transformation and modernisation programmes
• Strong fit-gap analysis and solution design skills
• Knowledge of product development, BOM, costing, and sourcing
• Experience with PLM integrations and data migration
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments

Responsibilities:

• Lead the functional design and delivery of a large-scale Centric PLM transformation
• Work closely with senior business and technology stakeholders
• Drive workshops and facilitate stakeholder discussions
• Define solution architecture and influence PLM strategy
• Support the end-to-end implementation from requirements through to deployment
