People Operations Analyst

Salary: £45,000 - 45,000 per year

Responsibilities:

• We own and continuously improve the accuracy, integrity, and governance of colleague data and People systems.
• We produce regular reporting and dashboards on key metrics including headcount, attrition, absence, payroll, and reward.
• We analyse trends and translate data into clear, actionable insights to support business decision-making.
• We act as the primary contact for HRIS and People system providers, ensuring effective performance and optimisation.
• We support reward, pay, and benefits activity including salary reviews, benchmarking, and benefits administration.
• We support the delivery of cyclical People processes such as annual pay review, bonus administration, and statutory reporting, including gender pay gap reporting.
• We provide guidance to managers and stakeholders on People data, systems, and operational processes.
