Oracle Financials and Supply Chain Applications Specialist

Salary: £24,500 - 42,000 per year

Requirements:

• Around 5 years experience with Oracle E-Business Suite R12
• Functional knowledge of Finance, Supply Chain, Project Costing and Billing, iProcurement and Purchasing, Time and Labour, and Warehouse Management including Mobile Web Applications
• Experience working with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications
• Experience in a service-led, SLA-driven environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience working with ITIL processes and application lifecycle management
• Clear and confident communication at all levels
• Ability to present complex information in a simple way
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• A well-organised, proactive and detail-focused approach
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

Responsibilities:

• Provide 3rd line support in line with ITIL processes and best practice
• Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications
• Plan, test and implement system enhancements with minimal disruption
• Oversee Oracle ERP configuration, data setup and migration
• Manage incidents and service requests through ITSM tools
• Diagnose and resolve application issues, identifying root causes
• Manage third-party suppliers to meet SLAs and quality standards
• Maintain technical documentation and keep it up to date
• Develop knowledge bases to support ongoing service delivery
• Maintain GDPR-compliant data management at all times
• Provide input into the product roadmap and future system enhancements
