Oracle EPM Senior Manager
Job Description
Salary: £57,000 - 63,000 per year
Requirements:- We have an understanding of the key business issues and drivers that lead clients to pursue transformation programmes.
- We have experience across multiple industry sectors, such as Higher Education, Retail, Insurance, and Local Government.
- We have excellent influencing skills and the ability to secure key decisions with senior leaders and business stakeholders.
- We have experience across multiple Oracle Cloud EPM implementation project lifecycles, from presales, scoping, and planning through to post-go-live support, as a Solution Architect.
- We have detailed knowledge of Oracle Cloud EPM end-to-end business processes across Finance.
- We have a background in designing and delivering end-to-end business processes across multiple functional areas, including FP&A processes, planning, financial close and consolidation, reconciliation, data management, and other Oracle Cloud products.
- We have experience designing and implementing EPM applications, primarily EPBCS, FCCS, PCMCS, DM, and EDMCS, with experience in ARCS and EPRCS being advantageous.
- We have experience with key finance and accounting processes, including general accounting, corporate consolidation, financial planning and analysis, accounts payable and receivable, fixed assets, and management reporting.
- We have experience with governance controls, change management, conceptual data modelling, master data management, data standardization, and data quality management.
- We have broad knowledge of other Oracle Cloud product sets such as ERP, SCM, HCM, and Payroll solutions.
- We understand the functional, application, and technical architectural elements of an Oracle Cloud EPM programme.
- We have experience operating and implementing in a cloud environment and understand the differences between cloud and on-premise delivery.
- We have experience managing a team of 10+ colleagues, including client and third parties.
- We have experience planning and estimating Oracle Cloud EPM programmes.
- We appreciate the influence of user experience-based design, such as personas and user journeys, in shaping a solution.
- We are educated to degree level or equivalent.
- We have excellent documentation, reporting, and presentation skills in both virtual and in-person settings.
- We have strong analytical skills and can bring clarity to complex issues while synthesising large amounts of information.
- We have experience producing project deliverables such as business requirements, functional specs, configuration documents, process flows, use cases, and requirements traceability matrices.
- We are highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Projects.
- We have excellent interpersonal, team-building, organisational, and motivational skills.
- We are fast learners and can get up to speed quickly.
- We can communicate ideas and recommendations clearly, compellingly, and succinctly in writing and verbally.
- We have strong attention to detail and can analyse and use data in decision making.
- We have excellent organisational and multitasking skills and can balance competing priorities.
- We can identify, diagnose, and resolve issues independently and take initiative in unfamiliar or ambiguous circumstances.
- We can re-prioritise effectively and make decisions based on new information.
- We communicate compelling and well thought out solutions for Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) in response to complex client problems.
- We support business development and project delivery activities across clients from multiple industries.
- We lead system design and delivery, including release management, integration management, data migration strategy, and management.
- We define an overall Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solution leveraging leading practice solutions to support business requirements.
