NetSuite Business Analyst (Finance)

Salary: £45,000 - 55,000 per year

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within a NetSuite environment.
• Strong finance and accounting process knowledge.
• Experience working with Order to Cash (O2C) processes.
• Experience working with Procure to Pay (P2P) processes.
• Understanding of Record to Report (R2R) and wider finance operations.
• Ability to gather requirements and engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience supporting ERP implementations, enhancements, or optimisation projects.
• Strong process mapping and business analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• NetSuite implementation or optimisation experience.
• Finance transformation programme involvement.
• Experience working with financial reporting and management accounting teams.
• Knowledge of systems integrations and connected business applications.
• Exposure to multi-entity or multi-site organisations.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements across finance and operational teams.
• Work closely with stakeholders to improve and optimise NetSuite functionality.
• Support business process improvement initiatives across Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Record to Report workflows.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to understand business challenges and requirements.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for internal and external technical teams.
• Support NetSuite projects, enhancements, integrations, and system upgrades.
• Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements within financial processes.
• Collaborate with finance leadership to ensure NetSuite supports key reporting and operational requirements.
• Act as a subject matter expert for NetSuite-related business processes.
