Salary: £46,000 - 86,000 per year

Requirements:

• Electrically qualified
• Experience in building maintenance
• Ability to work in commercial office environments
• Willingness to travel across the South East

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of electrical systems
• Troubleshoot and repair building maintenance issues
• Manage maintenance schedules for various contracts
• Provide excellent customer service to tenants and clients
