Lead / Senior Software Engineer

Salary: £60,000 - 60,000 per year

Requirements:

• Demonstrable commercial experience as a senior or lead software engineer working on modern websites or digital platforms
• Proven full stack engineering skills, including front-end technologies such as React or Next.js
• Additional experience with Python and Django for back-end development would be desirable
• Strong understanding of front-end web architecture, including React, headless CMS, and relevant CI/CD pipelines
• Exposure to AI tools for engineering efficiency
• Experience with scalable, cloud-based secure web platforms, preferably integrating CRM, marketing analytics, or payment transactions
• Experience with line management of direct reports and performance appraisals would be beneficial
• Full, unrestricted rights to work in the UK
• Preference for candidates living close to the Cambridge area
