Junior Systems Developer

Salary: £28,000 - 35,000 per year

Requirements:

• We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in software development and technology, gained through education, self-study, personal projects, or commercial experience.
• Exposure to HTML, C#, SQL databases, or web development technologies would be highly desirable, but is not essential.
• We value strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and a willingness to learn over a complete technical skillset.
• You should be comfortable communicating with colleagues, understanding user requirements, and working within a small collaborative team.
• This role may suit someone with experience as a Junior Developer, IT Support Developer, or Software Support Analyst.

Responsibilities:

• We will have you supporting the maintenance and development of websites and web applications.
• You will assist with improvements to internal CRM systems.
• You will investigate and resolve software and website issues.
• You will support the maintenance of databases and APIs.
• You will assist with updates to desktop applications.
• You will provide first-line support for internal technical issues.
• You will support server and service monitoring activities.
• You will work closely with users to identify system improvements.
• You will take part in testing and deployment of new functionality.
• You will learn new development tools and technologies as required.
