Junior Systems Developer
Job Description
Salary: £28,000 - 35,000 per year
Requirements:- We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in software development and technology, gained through education, self-study, personal projects, or commercial experience.
- Exposure to HTML, C#, SQL databases, or web development technologies would be highly desirable, but is not essential.
- We value strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and a willingness to learn over a complete technical skillset.
- You should be comfortable communicating with colleagues, understanding user requirements, and working within a small collaborative team.
- This role may suit someone with experience as a Junior Developer, IT Support Developer, or Software Support Analyst.
- We will have you supporting the maintenance and development of websites and web applications.
- You will assist with improvements to internal CRM systems.
- You will investigate and resolve software and website issues.
- You will support the maintenance of databases and APIs.
- You will assist with updates to desktop applications.
- You will provide first-line support for internal technical issues.
- You will support server and service monitoring activities.
- You will work closely with users to identify system improvements.
- You will take part in testing and deployment of new functionality.

You will be joining a growing, technology-led organisation operating across multiple specialist brands and working closely with our Director in a supportive in-house development environment.
