Salary: £28,000 - 49,000 per year
Requirements:- Excellent academic background, holding a Bachelors or Masters degree from a top-tier university in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related quantitative field.
- 0–3 years of hands-on experience working heavily with C++.
- Strong working knowledge of C++ including memory management and performance-aware coding, and the Python ecosystem such as Pandas and NumPy.
- Practical familiarity with handling large-scale data systems or quantitative finance concepts.
- Visa sponsorship is available for qualified applicants.
- Translate research prototypes into efficient, high-performance C++ production code.
- Build, maintain, and optimize simulation and backtesting infrastructure.
- Ingest, process, and handle high-volume market data feeds and feature pipelines.
- Develop Python-based utilities for data analysis, experiment tracking, and research support.
- Collaborate closely with researchers and engineers to move system improvements smoothly from development to production.
