IT Systems Engineer

Salary: £31,000 - 35,000 per year

Requirements:

• We are looking for someone with around 2–3 years of IT experience.
• We need a good grounding in Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows devices and general IT troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals such as IP, DNS and firewalls would be useful.
• Experience with Macs, SharePoint, Intune/device management, AWS, Salesforce or NetSuite would be advantageous.
• We are looking for someone curious, personable and comfortable working things out independently.
• Strong communication skills are important, as you will interact with people across the business.

Responsibilities:

• We will rely on you to support our internal Microsoft environment, including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive and Active Directory.
• You will manage laptops and devices, handle starters and leavers, create user accounts and ensure equipment is configured properly.
• You will act as the go-to person for issues with monitors, printers, meeting rooms and other physical IT equipment.
• You will help improve how internal IT is delivered by building automation, improving processes and creating user guides.
• You will get involved in internal projects set by one of our co-founders.
• You will have exposure to AWS and wider SaaS platforms as part of the role.

We are a SaaS business based in Whitechapel, London, and this role is office-based three days a week. We support around 60 users across the UK and our international offices. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for more ownership, autonomy and direct mentorship from one of our co-founders. We offer a salary of £31,000 to £35,000, plus private healthcare and dental cover, 27 days holiday and more.
